The potential for using technology to improve the process is the focus of “Building Blocks for Universal Health Care in New York: Bridging Coverage Gaps with Information Technology,” a conference that will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the New Yorker Hotel in New York City.
